下岗女工是职业变动中的弱势群体。下岗女工在再就业过程中遭遇着包括性别排斥在内的种种现实困境。当前针对下岗女工的社会工作已出现了妇联、民间妇女组织等多元整合的实务运作局面,这是可喜的进步。但其间也明显存在专业社会工作在广度和深度上介入不到位、本土化运作模式尚不完善等诸多缺憾。这需要在社会工作的实践中不断拓展对下岗女工再就业的服务领域,提升对下岗女工再就业的服务水准,来更好地为下岗女工服务。
Laid-off women are the disadvantaged group in job occupation transference. They encounter various predica-ments including gender exclusion. Concerning this, practical work from women's association, non-government women organization promotes its development, However, obvious deficiencies still exist like the inadequacy of professional work both in width and depth, imperfection of working pattem. All these need the expansion of laid-off women' s service area and promote their service level to serve them.
