以废纸脱墨浆生产新闻纸生产线水循环系统为研究对象,系统地检测了水循环系统不同部位的白水中DCS、DS、CS、SS和TS的含量并讨论了它们的变化情况,分析了电导率、阳离子电荷需求量(CD值)、浊度等物化性质及其与pH值的关系。研究结果表明,相对于漂白和后浮选水循环回路和造纸机网部白水循环回路,筛选和前浮选水循环回路白水中含有更多的DCS。白水塔和2#微气浮池白水中的DCS含量约占TS的88%,水循环系统各个取样点白水的DCS中,DS含量均占了90%以上,其中压榨部白水中的DS与DCS的比值达到了98.2%。表明在DCS中,主要构成为DS,仅有少量的CS。电导率和CD值主要是由DS所贡献的。含DCS水样的浊度主要来自于其中的胶体物质。随着运行时间的增加,系统中的DCS会逐渐积累。微气浮处理对于固体悬浮物有着良好的去除作用,可以去除80%以上的SS,其去除DCS的作用主要是去除了所含的CS。
In this paper, white water from different units of the water circulation system in a recycled fiber based newsprint mill was examined. Characteristics of the dissolved and colloidal substances including DCS, DS, CS, SS and TS were analyzed, and furthermore, their distribution and changes in each operation units were discussed. The relation between conductivity, cationic demand, turbidity and pH values was also analyzed. The result showed that the content of DCS existed in the first loop of the system was higher than that in the second loop and the paper machine loop. The DCS in the white water of the white water tower and 2# DAF accounted for 88% of TS, meanwhile, the DS accounted for over 90% of DCS, and for example, DS/DCS was 98.2% in the white water from the press section of PM. The I)CS was consisted of mainly DS and only a limited CS. DCS accumulated gradually with running of the PM. 80% or even more SS could be effectively removed in a DAF, which resulted in the removal of CS.
