研究了纤维素酶和木聚糖酶处理对杨木APMP纸浆强度性能的影响,并采用纤维质量分析仪和环境扫描电镜分析了生物酶处理前后纤维形态的变化。结果表明,APMP经酶处理后,纸页的抗张指数、耐破指数、撕裂指数均有不同程度的提高。细小纤维含量和纤维扭结指数降低,纤维平均长度和纤维粗度增加。单独使用纤维素酶或木聚糖酶的改性效果要好于两种酶同时使用。纤维经生物酶处理后,纤维表面变得粗糙,纤维表面的空隙率增加。
Strength properties of alkline peroxide mechanical pulp (APMP) of poplar were modified by cellulase and xylanase. The fiber morphologies after enzymatic treatment were analyzed by fiber quality analyzer (FQA) and environment scanning electron microscope (ESEM). The results show that the tensile, burst and tear index of pulp are improved in differenr degree after enzymatic treatment. The fines content and kink index of fiber decrease and the fiber length and fiber coarseness increases at a suitable enzyme dosage. The modification effect of pulp with cellulase or xylanase alone treatment is better than with the two enzyme co-treatment. The roughness and the porosity of fiber surface increase after cellulase or xylanase treatment.
