针对石化厂区毒气泄漏监测与预警困难等特点,以STM32单片机为核心,CC2530为无线通信模块,采用太阳能板和12 V铅蓄电池双电源供电,利用Z-Stack协议栈设计石化厂区环境监测终端。该终端能自动采集、发送CO、CO2、温度、湿度、风速、风向以及PM2.5等环境参数,并与监控中心实时通信,完成了数据采集、存储和传输。实验结果表明,终端设备具有良好的稳定性以及高效通信性能,为石化厂区环境自动监测提供了有效的方法和手段。
Aiming at the problems that it is difficult to monitor toxic gas leakage and issue early warning in petrochemical plant area,with STM32 as the processing core,CC2530 as wireless communication module,and using dual power supply of solar panels and 12 V lead storage battery,the monitoring terminal is designed by adopting Z-Stack protocol stack. The terminal can automatically collecting and sending the CO,CO2,temperature,humidity,wind speed,wind direction,PM2. 5 and other environmental parameters,and communicate with monitoring center in real time,to achieve data acquisition,storage and transmission. The results of experiment indicate that the terminal equipment has good stability as well as high efficient communication performance,it provides an effective method and means for environment automatically monitoring in the petrochemical plant area.
