目的观察不全窒息对大鼠全血粘度与血浆粘度的影响。方法Wistar1~32只,分为对照组(n。20)与不全窒息组(,l=12),复制不全窒息模型,颈总动脉插管取动脉血,检测各切变率下的全血表观粘度、相对粘度及血浆粘度。结果不全窒息大鼠全血表观粘度(200s-1、100s-1、30s-1、10s-1、3s-1、1s-1)、相对粘度(100s-1)、血浆粘度(200s-1、100s-1)均显著高于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论不全窒息可导致大鼠高粘血症。
Objective To observe the effects of half-suffocation on whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity in rats.Methods 32 male Wistar rats were divided into control group (n=20) and half-suffocation group (n=12), and half-suffocation model was established,and blood from common carotid artery was taken out,the whole blood apparent viscosity in different shear rates, relative viscosity and plasma viscosity were examined.Results The apparent viscosity in different shear rates of 200s~,100s~,30s-~,10s~,3sl,ls-l,relative viscosity in 100st,plasma viscosity in 200s-1 and 100s-1 of half-suffocation rats were significantly higher than that of control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion The results suggested that the half-suffocation could lead to rat hyperviscosaemia.
