目的探讨多发性硬化(MS)病灶的磁敏感加权成像(SWI)表现。方法回顾分析17例经临床病史和实验室检查证实的多发性硬化患者的资料,所有患者均接受MR检查。序列为平扫轴位T1WI、T2WI、液体衰减反转恢复(T2FLAIR)、增强轴位T1WI、SWI。结果 29个病灶伴行静脉,5个病灶内可见静脉穿行,24个病灶周边可见1条以上静脉绕行。病灶周边为低信号环者52个,病灶呈不均匀低信号者31个,15个病灶表现为均匀低信号。脑深部核团(黑质、丘脑枕等)显示异常铁沉积。结论 SWI有助于提高对活体多发性硬化病理特征的认识。
Objective To explore the susceptibility weighted imaging (SWI) findings of multiple sclerosis (MS) lesions. Methods Totally 17 patients of MS proved by clinical history and laboratory examinations were retrospectively reviewed. All the patients underwent MR examination. The scanning sequences were arranged as axial T1WI, T2WI, T2 FLAIR, enhanced T1WI and SWI. Results Lesion associated with veins was observed in 29 MS foci, vein in the center of the plaque was viewed in 5 foci, 1 vein or more in their peripheries were shown in 24 foci. Lesion with hypointense ring was revealed in 52 foci, with inhomogeneous low signal was delineated in 31 foci, and with uniform iron content was observed in 15 foci. Iron deposition was found in gray matter areas, including the substantia nigra and pulvinar thalamus. Conclusion SWI is useful to improve the understanding of the pathological features of MS in vivo.
