目的:建立一种新的蔬菜、水果中多菌灵的超高效液相色谱-质谱/质谱测定方法。方法:多菌灵通过OasisHLB固相萃取柱分离浓缩后,采用超高效液相色谱-质谱/质谱仪的正离子模式电离和多反应离子检测模式进行测定,同时对诸如流动相的种类、色谱柱类型、锥孔电压和碰撞能量等参数进行了研究。结果:多菌灵在0.005~1.000mg/L范围内对响应值具有良好线性关系;样品的加标回收率为87.3%~105.6%,相对标准偏差小于15%(n=6);方法检出限为1.0μg/L。结论:该方法测定特异性好、灵敏度高,定性定量准确,可用于实际样品测定。
Aim:To establish a new analytical method for determination of carbendazim in vegetables and fruits by Ultra high-performance liquid chromatography-Tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS).Methods:Carbendazim was isolated and concentrated by solid-phase extraction on Oasis HLB cartridges. The determination was carried out by UPLC-MS/MS in positive ionization and MRM modes. The influence of mobile phase composition,column types,corona current and fragmentor were also studied.Results:The response signals are linearly related with carbendazim concentrations in the range of 0.005~1.000 mg/L. The recoveries of carbendazim ranged from 87.3% to 105.6%,with the RSD15% (n=6). The detection limit is 1.0 μg/L.Conclusion:The method presented can be used in real samples with highly selectivity,sensitivity and accuracy.
