基于有限元理论,建立铁路上承式拱桥无缝线路纵向力计算模型,编制了拱桥上无缝线路纵向力计算软件.以一座单线铁路上承式拱桥为例,分析梁跨及支座布置形式对线路受力变形的影响.综合考虑上承式拱桥无缝线路的线路受力变形和墩台变形,建议铁路上承拱桥上宜设置3联连续梁,并将外侧两联连续梁的固定支座设置在交界墩上,中间一联连续梁的固定支座设置在拱顶附近.为了减小制动工况下的墩台受力,需考虑在拱肋立柱墩上设置一定数量的速度锁定器以分配列车制动力.
On the basis of the finite element theory,the calculation model of longitudinal forces of CWR(continuous welded rail) on the deck arch bridges of railways was established,and the concerning calculation software was compiled.Taking a single-line railway deck arch bridge as an example,the influence of span and bearing arrangements on CWR longitudinal load-deformations were deeply analyzed.Taking into comprehensive consideration CWR and pier load-deformations of a deck arch bridge,three-span continuous beams were suggested to be set on the deck arch bridge,the fixed bearings of the two outer spans of the continuous beams being set on the junction piers whereas the fixed bearings of the mid-span continuous beam being set near the arch top.In order to reduce abutment pressures under braking conditions,speed-lockers were considered to be set on arch rib column piers to distribute the train braking forces.
