提出道岔动力参数设计方法并编制了岔区轮轨静态接触几何关系计算程序。以LMA型踏面动车组直向通过350 km/h 18号道岔为例,分析转辙器、辙叉结构不平顺对各项动力参数的影响,结果表明道岔结构不平顺的大小已转化为钢轨及车轮动力响应的大小,可用这些动力响应来评价道岔轮轨关系的设计,验证该设计方法对道岔结构设计具有一定的指导意义。
A design method based on turnout dynamic parameters was proposed and a program was compiled to analyze the wheel-rail contact geometric relations in the turnout zone.Taking No.18 turnout as an example,when a high-speed train with LMA wheel treads passes though turnout main at the speed of 350 km/h,the influences on the dynamic parameters due to the irregularities in the turnout zone are analyzed.Results show that the structure irregularities in the turnout zone can be reflected by the dynamic responses of the rail and the wheel,and these dynamic responses can be applied to evaluate the turnout wheel-rail design;so the design method is verified to be beneficial to the turnout structure design.
