目的:观察黄杨宁注射液对大鼠注射脑垂体后叶素所致的急性心肌缺血模型、冠脉结扎引起犬急性心肌梗死模型的影响,证实其对心肌缺血的保护作用。方法:注射脑垂体后叶素诱导大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,冠状动脉结扎诱导犬心肌梗死模型,描记黄杨宁注射液用药后的心电图及测定心肌梗死范围。结果:黄杨宁注射液抑制垂体后叶素引起的大鼠心电图ST和T波抬高,各剂量组间呈现量效关系;可使冠脉结扎犬的急性心肌缺血的梗死区范围明显缩小。结论:黄杨宁注射液对心肌缺血模型动物具有保护作用。
Objective: The effect of Huangyangning injection pituitary induced acute myocardial ischemia model in rat and acute myocardial infarction in dog induced by coronary artery ligation as well as to identify its protective effects on myocardial ischemia and dose-effect relationship. Methods: Using the method of the rat pituitary induced acute myocardial ischemia model and the dog's coronary artery ligation to observe the effects of Huangyangning in- jection on anti-myocardial ischemia. Results : Huangyangning injection can restrain pituitary-induced rise of ST and T wave in the rat's cardiogram and there exists dose-effect relationship between the high dosage group and the low dosage group. It can significantly reduce the area of infracted cardiac muscle in dog with coronary artery ligation. Conclusion: Huangyangning injection has protective effects on animals with myocardial ischemia model.
