OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC-ELSD method for the determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in Qihong capsule.METHODSThe HPLC system was consisted of Capcell PAK C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),a mixture of methanol and water(75:25)as the mobile phase.The detector temperature at 115℃,the flow rate was 2.5 ml·min-1 and the column temperature was set at 35℃.RESULTSThe peak of astragaloside Ⅳ could be separated from others completely,and the linear range of astragaloside Ⅳ was 1.012-5.06 μg(r=0.9998).CONCLUSIONThe esta...
