将SiO2溶胶直接掺杂到聚乙烯醇(PVA)水溶液中,制备了阻燃PVA/SiO2复合膜。通过FTIR、SEM、残炭率及黏度分析,对产物的结构及阻燃性能进行了研究。结果表明,通过傅里叶红外变换光谱分析确定了Si-O-C的存在,由此证实了PVA与硅溶胶能发生缩合反应,此外凝固浴中的硫酸促进了缩合反应进行;通过扫描电镜分析以及残炭率分析,表明产物的阻燃性能提高,燃烧时SiO2形成的覆盖层能阻隔热传递。
Flame-retardant PVA/SiO2 composite membrane was prepared by adding silica sol to PVA water solution. The structure and flame retardancy of the composite membrane were studied by FTIR, SEM, residual carbon ratio and viscose analysis. The results showed that the existence of Si-O-C was confirmed by FTIR, thus proving that PVA had condensed with silica sol and sulfuric acid in the solidification bath had accelerated condensation. The results of SEM and residual carbon ratio analysis showed that the flame retardancy of product was improved. The layer of silica burnt can forbid heat from transference.
