用原位聚合的方法制备出PET/AlOOH纳米复合材料。用锥形量热仪测定其燃烧性能,用扫描电镜对炭层的形貌进行测试。结果表明,制备出的纳米复合材料的热释放速率和生烟量都明显低于普通聚酯,纳米复合材料燃烧物表面形成的残留物结构致密,可以降低材料的燃烧性能。
PET/AlOOH nanocomposites were synthesized via the in-situ method. Flame-retardancy was measured by the cone calorimeter (CONE) ,the char of general PET and PET/AlOOH nanocomposites were examined by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results showed the heat release rate (HRR) of PET/ AlOOH nanocomposites was distinctly lower than that of general PET,the production of smoke was also lower than that of pure PET. The char of PET/AIOOH nanocomposites was thicker than that of general PET and the froth diameter of PET/AlOOH nanocomposites was smaller.
