为了提高PET的阻燃性能,用原位聚合的方法制备出PET/AlOOH纳米复合材料。对纳米复合材料做了TEM,TGCONE和SEM的测试。结果显示:PET/MOOH是纳米复合材料;其活化能比纯PET要高;纳米复合材料的热释放速率和生烟速率都明显的比纯PET低很多。因此,PET/MOOH纳米复合材料具有很好的热稳定性和阻燃性能。
PET/AlOOH nanocomposites flame-retardancy of PET. The PET/A1OOH have been synthesized via the in-situ method in order to improve the nanocomposites were studied by TEM, TG, CONE and SEM. The results showed that the PET/AlOOH composites were nano-level, the value of activation energy of PET/AlOOH nano-composites was higher than the pure one, the heat release rate (HRR) of PET/A1OOH nanocomposites were distinctly lower than that of the pure one; the production of smoke was also lower than that of the pure one. So the PET/AlOOH nanocomposites had excellent thermal stability and flame-retardancy.
