The assignment reduction and approximation reduction are proposed in inconsistent interval-valued information systems based on dominance and equivalent relations. Moreover, relationships between them are discussed, respectively. Furthermore, judgement theorem and discernibility matrix are obtained, from which approaches to knowledge reductions can be provided in inconsistent interval ordered information systems.
