This paper puts forward a theoretical model of performance impact of using mobile library based on Technology-to-Performance Chain and empirically tests it using PLS-SEM. The results show that,TechnologyTask Fit（TTF） directly and indirectly affects performance impact of mobile library via attitude and usage behavior. Furthermore,TTF has an indirect impact on usage behavior through attitude.
