【目的/意义】用户持续使用是促使移动图书馆服务持续发展的关键,探讨如何保持移动图书馆服务的用户并促使他们的持续使用具有重要意义。【方法/过程】基于使用后评价这一视角,本研究整合期望-确认模型与享乐理论,构建移动图书馆服务持续意愿的影响因素模型。通过问卷搜集194份有效样本,并利用结构方程模型对假设进行验证。【结果/结论】结果显示,绩效确认显著影响有用性确认和满意,满意和有用性确认进一步显著影响持续意愿;而感知愉悦感也显著影响用户满意和持续意愿。
【Purpose/significance】Continuance usage is critical to drive sustained development of mobile library services.Thus, it is meaningful to explore how to retain their users and foster their sustained use.【Method/process】From the per-spective of post-adoption evaluation, this study integrates Expectation-Confirmation Model and Hedonic Theory, and devel-ops a theoretical model to reveal factors influencing continuance intention of mobile library services. 194 valid data are col-lected and analyzed through structural equation model.【Result/conclusion】Results show that, confirmation of performancesignificantly affects confirmation of usefulness and satisfaction, while satisfaction and confirmation of usefulness further in-fluence continuance intention to use mobile library services; in addition, perceived enjoyment has a significant impact onsatisfaction and continuance intention.
