基于信息系统成功模型,文章从用户感知视角探讨图书馆微信公众号持续使用意愿的影响因素。通过调查问卷收集有效样本207份,使用结构方程模型进行数据分析。研究结果显示,服务质量对用户满意度产生的影响最大,其次是信息质量,再次是系统质量;而用户满意度正向影响用户持续使用意愿。
Based on the IS Success Model (D&M model) , this paper attempts to explore factors affecting continuance intention to use libraries' WeChat official accounts from the perspective of user perception. Using a sample of 207 valid data, this paper analyzes the data with structure equation model. The results show that service quality has the greatest effect on user satisfaction, followed by information quality and system quality; also, user satisfaction significantly influences continuance intention.
