本文主要考察了不同离子液体加入量对于4弯头的闭合回路脉动热管(紫铜材质)启动性能和运行情况的影响,并采用高速摄像研究了不同离子液体加入量对液弹脉动性能的影响。结果表明,当离子液体加入量比较大时,脉动热管的启动功率和启动温度会有所降低,有利于其迅速启动,同时可以有效避免出现“烧干”。离子液体质量分数为0.67%时,液弹脉动与水基脉动热管的振幅和相对速度基本相同;离子液体质量分数分别为19.1%和44.4%时,液弹脉动具有高频率小振幅的脉动特性。
This paper attempted to investigate the effects of addition of ionic liquids on the startup and operation performance of a closed loop copper pulsating heat pipe (PHP, four turns). The pulsation characteristics of the liquid slug was also experimentally examined utilizing high-speed camera. The experimental results showed that when ionic liquid with high fractions, PHP would have a lower starting power and starting temperature which are in favor of not only the prompt startup of PHP but also effectively avoiding a "dry-out" problem. When the mass fraction of ionic liquid was 0.67%, the ionic liquid based PHP substantially had the same amplitude and the relative velocity as water-based PHP. When the addition of ionic liquid was respectively 19.1% and 44.4% (mass fraction), the pulsating liquid slug displayed a high frequency and small amplitude.
