文章通过分析外资在华并购的现状和特点，论证了外资并购对我国经济安全产生的可能威胁及途径和方式。认为外资并购过度将弱化或动摇本土企业乃至于国家自主创新的基础和持续性，自主创新能力（尤其是持续创新能力）的下降将会进一步削弱我国企业的国际竞争力，而一国或地区的国际竞争力及其是否具有持续性，又决定了该国或地区的经济安全状况；外资并购有可能给我国经济安全造成不利影响甚至潜在威胁。

英文摘要：

Based on current conditions and characteristics of foreign M＆A, this paper analyses and demonstrates what and how foreign M＆A would pose potential threats to economic safety of China. We find that excessive foreign M＆A will undermine domestic enterprises and even the nation＇s independent innovation＇s basement and sustainable capability, and a decline in capability of independent innovation, especially sustainable innovation capability will accordingly further weaken the domestic enterprises＇ international competitiveness and also sustainable competitiveness, which largely determine the level of economic safety of a country or region. Our analysis suggests that foreign M＆A may pose adverse effects on and even potential threats to economic safety of China.
