There have been many definitions of opening-up in finance industry. Most of them are so generalized and diffused that they can＇t be used to assess the opening-up level in finance industry. Therefore, we firstly demonstrated what the relationships are between the finance industry opening and the financial service. Then we defined opening-up in finance industry based on financial service. Secondly, according to this definition we designed the index evaluation system, which can assess the opening-up level in finance industry. At last, we analyzed the opening-up level in Chinese finance industry briefly.
