以钴膜修饰碳纤维微电极为离子选择性电极建立了一种测定磷酸盐的新方法.利用该选择性微电极探讨测定磷酸盐的条件,并测定该电极的性能参数,在1.0×10^-6-1.0×10^-3mol.L^-1范围,磷酸盐溶液浓度的对数与电位呈良好的线性关系和能斯特响应,检出限为6.0×10^-7mol.L^-1,并且该电极有良好的重现性、稳定性和选择性.
In this work, a highly selective and sensitive dihydrogen phosphate membrane sensor based on cobalt modified carbon fiber microelectrode is reported. On optimal conditions, the sensor shows a linear dynamic range between 1.0×10^-6 and 1.0×10^-3 mol·L^-1, with a nice Nernstian behavior at pH 4. 0. The detection limit of the electrode is 6.0×10^-7 mol·L^-1. The sensor possesses the advantages of short response time, good reproducibility, stability and selectivity.
