为了形象、直观、逼真表达植物内生菌在植物形态结构中空间分布,为研究分析植物形态结构中的分布规律提供辅助手段,在参数化单树建模软件ParaTree的基础上,采用多边形表示法来表达叶片的三维形态,达到更精细地建模,有利于表达内生菌在叶片不同部位的分布;同时建立三维模型的包围盒,实现对模型的局部操作,有利于表达内生菌在植株不同部位的分布。以柑桔为例,建立单株木的三维模型,根据内生菌的分布数据,用不同的颜色表示不同的内生菌的种类。可视化结果可以直观体现内生菌的空间分布规律,这可为病虫害防治技术科学研究、知识普及、农枝推广应用提供新方法。
In order to express endophytes' s spatial distribution in the morphological structure of plant with realistic, intuitively, vividly visual means, and to provide an assistant method for researching and analyzing the spatial distribution law in morphological structure, based on the parameterized individual tree modeling sottware tool-ParaTree, the three-dimensional model of the leaves was set up by using polygonal structure method, which is adaptive for depicting more detail model, and is advantageous to describe the endophytes' distribution in different parts of the leaves. At the same time, a bounding box of 3D model was constructed, in order to manipulate part of individual model. That is helpful to express endophytes' s distribution in different parts of plant. Taking the citrus as an example, an individual plant 3D model was constructed. According to the data of the distribution of endophytes, and by using different color to represent different kinds of endophytes, the visual model can show the law of spatial distribution of endophytes. The method can provide a new method for studying of pest and disease control technology, popularizing knowledge and agricultural technology.
