国际生产分工背景下．全球农业呈现出由国际大型跨国公司主导的产业链模式。从价值维度看．全球农业价值链的格局已经基本形成，我国加快实施农业“走出去”战略迫切需要全球农业价值链治理的理论研究。文章梳理了国内外关于全球农业价值链生产网络、经济结构、资源配置、价值分配、治理模式等热点的理论前沿；利用文献支撑论证组织学习对企业升级的重要性．强调组织学习是参与全球农业价值链分工和治理的源头活水：文章进一步提出基于默会知识学习的全球农业价值链战略嵌入是我国农业现代化的根基。

英文摘要：

Under the background of the international division of production, global agriculture presents an international industrial chain dominated by large multinational corporations. From the perspective of value dimension, the pattern of global agricultural value chain has been basically established. Speeding up our country＇ s strategy of ＂agricultural going out＂ urgently calls for the research on the governance theory of global agricultural value chain. This paper combs the domestic and foreign literature about theoretical frontiers of global agricultural production value chain network, economic structure, resource allocation, and value distribution as well as the governance model. Literature review supports the importance of organizational learning, and organizational learning is involved in the global agriculture value chain division of labor. This paper finally puts forward the view of organizational learning based on tacit knowledge embedded into global agriculture value chain as the foundation of agricultural modernization in our country.
