An insight into the structure and developing trend of patent transaction subjects in China and USA can benefit us in understanding the model of patent transaction and patent commercialization which is of great significance in pushing innovation-driven developing strategy and improving industrialization of S＆T achievements. With the technical date provided in Relecura and by comparing patent transaction among assignors, assignees and developing trends in China and USA,the paper proposd the implications of USA patent transaction on China patent commercialization in venture investment and risk investment.
