目的利用CD146标记乳腺癌中微血管密度(MVD)并分析微血管生成情况与乳腺癌临床病理特征的关系。方法收集79例乳腺癌组织标本,利用免疫组化的方法检测乳腺癌中CD146标记的微血管密度及雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)的表达,分析微血管生成与乳腺癌临床病理特征的相关性。结果CD146在乳腺癌细胞及血管内细胞中表达,高MVD与乳腺癌的大小和淋巴结转移呈正有关,但与乳腺癌患者的年龄、组织学分级、ER、PR的表达情况无关。结论CD146可作为MVD的一个评估标记物,并可作为评估肿瘤生长和转移的预测指标。
Objective To detect microvessel density (MVD) identified by CD146 in breast cancer and analyze the relationship between its expression and breast cancer clinicopathological features. Methods Samples of 79 breast cancer tissues from different patients were collected. Immunohistochemistry was performed to detect the expression of MVD identified by CD146, and the expression of ER, PR in breast cancer cells. The relationship between MVD and the clinicopathological features of breast cancers were analyzed. Results CD146 expressed in breast cancer and vascular endothelial cells. High MVD was positively with tumor size and lymph node metastasis. However, no correlation was found between MVD and patient year, ER and PR status in breast cancer cells. Conclusion CD146 was expressed in breast cancer and vascular endothelial cells. CD146 may plays a critical role in the process of angiogenesis. CD146 may be useful as a new evaluation factor for growth and metastasis in breast cancers.
