研究了不同浆料配方制备TiO2薄膜对染料敏化电池(DSSC)光电性能的影响。通过对TiO2颗粒进行预处理,对处理好的TiO2浆料添加各种表面活性剂,制得分散均匀的适合丝网印刷的TiO2浆料,并组装成染料敏化太阳电池。通过SEM,UV—Vis对纳米晶TiO2薄膜进行表征,并对DSSC进行光电流一光电压(I-V)测试。结果表明:加入表面活性剂能够提高DSSC的光电性能,而通过预处理TiO2,DSSC性能进一步提高。通过优化工艺参数。DSSC的开路电压为0.74V,短路电流为8mA。其光电转换效率为3.34%。
The effects of different paste formulation for TiO2 thin films on the photoelectric performance of dye-sensitized cells were studied. Firstly, TiO2 nano particles were pretreated. Secondly, several surfactants were added in the pretreated TiO2 paste. Then a well-dispersed TiO2 paste was obtained, which was proper for silk-screen printing. The nano-crystal TiO2 films covered with dye N719 were assembled with electrolyte and the counter electrode to form dye-sensitized solar cell. SEM, UV-Vis were used to characterize the nano-crystal TiO2 film, as well as the photoelectric properties of the DSSC were investigated. The results show that the photoelectric performance of DSSC is improved greatly by adding surfactants, and it presents further improvement after pretreatment. A photoelectric conversion efficiency of 3.34% is obtained when open voltage and short current is 0.74 V and 8 mA respectively with optimization of process parameters.
