水资源承载能力问题多年以来一直是水资源领域的研究热点,本文在总结众多研究成果的基础上,提出了水资源承载能力的定义和内涵,并在此基础上构建了全新的、物理概念清晰、涵盖水质和水量双要素、实用易操作的水资源承载能力计算模型,提出了双要素水资源承载能力判别指标,结合河西走廊石羊河流域,对其现状和未来的水资源承载能力进行了分析,提出了提高承载能力的途径。
Study of carrying capacity of water resources is very popular in recent years. Based on the researches of different scholars, the now theory system of carrying capacity of water resources coupled with quantity and quality is issued in this paper, which includes the definition, connotation and computable model. Expressed by a formula with clearly physical meanings, the new computable model involving water quantity and quality is very practical and easy for understanding. With a case study of Shiyang river basin, the current and future carrying capacity of the river basin is calculated by the model and the approaches to improve the carrying capacity of water resources are presented.
