以罗克韦尔自动化三层网络技术为平台,以过程控制装置、交流调速系统、伺服控制系统和顺序控制系统为被控对象,设计了综合实验系统。学生可以利用校园网络完成相关实验教学任务,同时,也可以进行自主设计、创新实验。实践证明,该实验系统很好地满足了实验教学和毕业设计的教学需要,在培养学生工程实践能力和创新能力中起到了重要作用。
The synthetical experimental system was designed with three layers network of Rockwell automation as platform, and the process control device, the AC speed regulation system, the servo control system and the sequence control system are used as controlled objects. Students can make use of campus network technology to complete related experiment and teaching task. At the same time, students can do independent designs and creative experiments. The practice proves that the experimental system can satisfy the need of teaching about experiment and graduation design, and plays an important role on cultivating the engineering practice ability and creative ability of students.
