针对矿井提升机三电平变频调速系统的性能要求,提出一种三电平双脉宽调制(PWM)变频器主电路参数的设计方法。以满足变频器动、静态性能指标为原则,给出进线电感和直流侧电容的上下限值计算公式,并分析总结了各参数与调制方式、功率因数及运行状态之间的关系,依据这些条件设计了主电路。仿真和实验结果表明该系统具有良好的动静态特性,验证了主电路参数设计方法的有效性和可行性。
The main circuit parameters of a three-level dual pulse width modulation(PWM)inverter are designed according to the performance requirement of three-level frequency-variable speed regulation system of mine hoist.With the perfect dynamic state and steady-state performance index as the purpose of the control system,the calculation formula of the maximum and minimum valuable about incoming inductor and DC-link capacitor are derived.Also,the relationship between the parameters and modulation method,power factor and running state are analyzed.The main circuit is designed based on these principles.The dynamic-state and steady-state performances are shown by the simulation and experiment,further,effectiveness and feasibility of the main circuit parameters design method are verified.
