从利用工艺角度分析了材料再生和直接利用两种废旧轮胎再生利用方式的优缺点,指出材料再生利用方式生产成本高、附加值低,提出应在建筑与环境工程营建中直接使用废旧轮胎的主张。在探讨并肯定废旧轮胎直接利用可行性的基础上,总结了抗震缓冲、容器填充、形体功能等三种基于轮胎拆解构件形体和构造特点的利用方式,并从环境建造工艺和环境艺术设计的角度探讨了克服废旧轮胎利用障碍的手段。
On the basis of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of recycling and reuse of waste tires, it is concluded that the cost of recycling production is high and the added value is low, and waste tires should be used directly in building and environmental construction. After discussing and affirming the feasibility of direct utilization of waste tires, the paper summarizes three kinds of utilization modes based on the component shape and construction features of the dismantled tires, such as seismic buffering, container filling and body functioning, and discusses the means of overcoming the obstacles of waste tire utilization by proper construction technology and environmental art design.
