On the basis of introducing the purpose of waste recycling and analyzing the weakness in the recycling technology of waste concrete aggregates, it is concluded that the environmental cost of the recycling is too high and the inappropriate way of recycling should be abandoned. This paper discusses the ways to take advantage of the performance of waste concrete by technological and ecological means and the methods of using waste concrete directly in the construction by ways of temporary storage in the environment and making art works of them.
