针对飞机结构件零件尺寸大、加工特征类型数目多,零件结构复杂、包含大量自由曲面和相交特征,薄壁易变形及精度要求高等特点引起的加工特征排序难点,提出面向加工过程的加工特征排序方法。面向加工过程的加工特征将加工特征按加工过程分解至各加工操作,结合加工方法对加工特征在加工操作层面上进行排序;基于面向加工过程的加工特征,将加工特征排序分解为机床级排序、装夹级排序、操作级排序,加工知识及经验以规则的形式融入排序过程中。根据以上研究,基于CATIAV5平台开发的基于特征的快速程编系统已在国内某大型航空企业中得到应用。
Aircraft structural parts which require high accuracy of size,shape,and good deformed surface finish,have unique characteristics of large size,thin wall and numerous machining features with freeform surface and geometrical interactions.These characteristics make it more difficult to sequence machining features.Therefore,the process-oriented machining feature (POMF) is proposed and established.In this research,machining features are decomposed into machining process which is composed of machining operations,and sequencing is processed from machining operation level.Sequencing of machining features based on POMF is divided into machine stage,setup stage and operation stage.The feature based rapid programming system on the CATIA V5 platform is developed,which has been widely used in the domestic large aviation enterprise.
