针对飞机结构件在线检测测量点生成中裁剪曲面多且邻接关系复杂,而测量点要求少而精且分布合理有效等特点和难点,提出了基于曲率变化矩阵的曲面在线检测测量点自动生成方法。该方法从测头可达性、曲面加工误差等方面分析得出曲面测量点分布与加工走刀方式、相关加工参数和曲面曲率变化的关系。根据相关加工参数及曲面面积对曲面进行网格合理划分,建立曲率变化矩阵,用矩阵中满足测量点分布条件的曲率变化尖点表征关键测量点,通过矩阵运算自动生成测量点。

英文摘要:

Aiming at the difficulty of multiple trimmed sculptured surfaces with complex relationship and measuring points′ high quality and reasonable distribution in the generation of inspection points,a method for on-line inspection points′ automatic generation based on curvature change matrix was proposed.We analyzed the measuring points′ distribution concerning the relations among machining error,cutting parameters and curvature change from the aspects of the probe accessibility and sculptured surfaces′ processing method.According to the surface′s machining parameters and area,curvature change matrix was established based on reasonable grid generation.Inspection points were automatically generated through matrix operation.Finally,the on-line inspection data′s automatic generation system based on feature was developed,which has been successfully applied in a large aviation enterprise.
