为分析弧齿锥齿轮传动系统的功率分流特性,根据整个系统构成功率流动闭环的特点建立了系统的力学结构模型,并推导了系统的力矩平衡条件以及反映系统扭矩与齿面法向变形关系的变形协调条件,得到了系统各齿轮副的承载扭矩以及直接反映系统输入功率分流情况的第2路和第4路力矩分配的一般通式.各工况下系统轮齿应变的实际测试结果与理论计算结果基本吻合,从而验证了该方法的可行性和有效性.
In order to reveal the power split characteristics of the spiral bevel gear train,first,a mechanical structure model for the system is constructed according to the closed-loop characteristics of the system power flow.Then,the moment equilibrium equations as well as the deformation compatibility equations describing the relationship between the moment and the normal deformation of tooth surface are derived.Finally,the load moment of each gear pair and the moment distribution general formula of the second and the fourth roads which directly reflects the power split situation of the system,are obtained.It is found that the measured tooth strain of the system coincides with the theoretical calculation results.Thus,the proposed method proves to be feasible and effective.
