把VisualBasic6.0和ANSYS有机结合起来,开发了减速器箱体的参数化有限元分析系统。借助VisualBasic6.0开发友好、方便、易用的人机交互界面,对难以理解和掌握的ANSYS命令流进行后台封装,用户只需输入减速器箱体模型的基本分析参数和载荷参数,系统便可以自动生成APDL命令流文件,并在后台调用分析程序对减速器箱体进行静力学分析和模态分析,最后得到用户关心并且容易查看的分析结果。这样极大的减小了减速器箱体研究和设计的工作量,提高了工程设计的效率。
Incorporating the Visual Basic6.0 and ANSYS software, the finite element analysis system of reducer box is developed via parameterized 3D method. The fri the help of the Visual Basic 6.0. Design and analys endly, conveniently and easily user interface is developed with is for the reducer box is extremely reduced by mean of the devel- oping complex and difficult ANSYS commands, Users simply input the basic analysis parameters and load parame- ters of the reducer box model. The present system can automatically generate APDL commands. To call the analysis procedures of finite element method in the background and to complete static analysis and modal analysis of the re- ducer box. Finally the user interest and easy-to-view analysis results are getten and the efficiency of engineering de- sign is raised.
