安装误差是影响齿轮啮合性能的关键因素,接触印痕和传动误差比较完整地表达了齿轮副在空载或轻载下的啮合性能。针对接触印痕和传动误差,研究了安装误差对准双曲面齿轮啮合性能的影响,该方法突破了传统靠实践经验来调整齿轮副现场安装的局限性。根据格里森HFT(hypoid formate tilt)准双曲面齿轮的加工原理和加工方法,建立了切齿加工数学模型,推导了理论齿面方程。以一对准双曲面齿轮为例,在考虑安装误差的情况下进行了轮齿接触分析(tooth contact analysis,TCA),研究了安装误差对啮合性能的影响。结果表明:准双曲面齿轮对安装误差敏感性较低。
The assembly misalignment is a key factor that influences the meshing performance of gear,the meshing performance worked on no-load or light load conditions is more completely expressed,by the contact pattern and transmission error. According to the contact pattern and transmission error,the effect of assembly misalignment on the meshing performance of hypoid gear is studied,the present method break the limitations relying on experience to adjust the installation. Based on the machining principle and method of Gleason hypoid gears which machined by the HFT method,the mathematical model for machining was established,and the theoretical tooth surface equations were derived,on the above-mentioned,the hypoid gear as an example,the tooth contact analysis( TCA) was carried out by considering assembly misalignment,the effect of assembly misalignment on the meshing performance was studied,the results show that the hypoid gears are less sensitive to the assembly misalignment.
