目的探讨高表达和干扰HSPC238对Hela细胞增殖和侵袭能力的影响。方法将pc DNA3.1-HSPC238高表达和p LL3.7-HSPC238干扰载体分别瞬时转染Hela细胞,然后采用Ed U增殖和Transwell侵袭实验,检测HSPC238对Hela细胞增殖和侵袭能力的影响。结果与对照组相比,转染了pc DNA3.1-HSPC238质粒的Hela细胞增殖和侵袭能力下降,转染了p LL3.7-HSPC238质粒的Hela细胞增殖和侵袭能力增强,以上结果均有统计学差异(P〈0.05)。结论HSPC238高表达时能抑制Hela细胞的增殖和侵袭,干扰HSPC238时促进Hela细胞的增殖和侵袭。
Objective To investigate the effect of up-regulation and down-regulation of HSPC238 on the proliferation and invasion of Hela cells. Methods PcDNA3.1-HSPC238 vector and PLL3.7-HSPC238 vector was transiently transfected into Hela cells respectively. We tested the proliferation and invasion of Hela cells by EdU proliferation assay and transwell assay. ( P 〈 0.05 ). Results Compared with the control group, the proliferation and invasion ability of Hela cells increased after transfected with PcDNA3.1-HSPC238 vector, decreased after transfected with PLL3.7-HSPC238 vector. Conclusion When upregulated, HSPC238 could inhibite the proliferation and invasion of Hela cells. When downregulated,it can promote the proliferation and in- vasion of Hela cells.
