＂ Language Game Theory＂ is the core and basis of Wittgenstein＇s later philosophy. His key ideology is＂ Language games＂. Only through applying the language, can it be meaningful. The significance of words is the application. Representation connects language and meaning. Context reliability, living experience, rules observation and family resem blance in ＂ language game Theory＂ reflect some features which human searched in cognition behavior. Since there are less studies on the cognitive role in this theory, the cognitive perspective is focused in this paper to explain the function of lan guage in actual use.
