Corresponding author.Zihe Gao was born in 1983, Yingkou, China. He received his B.S. degree in communication engineering and M,S. degree in information and communication engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) in 2005 and 2007, respectively. Now, he is a Ph,D. candidate of Communication Research Center at HIT. His main interests cover broadband satellite communication, wireless communication systems, communication networks, and QoS routing. E-mail: zhg_hit@ 163.com Qing Guo received his B.S. degree in radio engineering from Beijing Institute of Posts and Telecommunications, M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Harbin Institute of Technology in 1985, 1990 and 1998, respectively. Currently, he is a professor, vice director and Ph.D. supervisor of Department of Communication Engineering at HIT. His research interests are in the area of broadband satellite communication, multimedia communication, wirelesstransmission protocol, QoS and broadband access technology. He has been a reviewer for many journals. So far, he has won one National Prize for Progress in Science and Technology, published more than 50 research papers in domestic and international journals and international conferences. He received his B.S. degree in communication engineering, M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in information and communication engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2004, 2006 and 2010, respectively. Now, he is researcher in Dalian Maritime University. His research interests include satellite communication, satellite networks, quality of service (QoS) and traffic management.
