S. degrees from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2006 and 2008 respectively. Currently, he is pursuingthe Ph.D. degree in Information and Communication Engineering at the same school. His main research interests lie primarily in satellite communication, satellite networks and indoor location technology. Guo Qing Born in 1964, he received B.S. degree from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, M.S. and Ph. D. degrees from Harbin Institute of Technology in 1990 and 1998 respectively. Cur- rently, he is a professor in School of Electronics and Information Engineering at Harbin Institute of Tech- nology. His main research interests lie primarily in broadband satellite communication and wireless data communication system.
