为了解决钢背/碳纤维增强聚合物复合材料衬层工件净形成型脱模难的问题,提出了一种用高强度铸造石蜡为脱模剂的方案。在同等条件下,分别用石蜡、润滑脂脱模剂与无使用脱模剂的试样进行了比较,研究了脱模剂厚度、衬层材料径向收缩等对脱模力、脱模效果的影响。结果表明:石蜡脱模的单位面积脱模力为0.21 N/mm^+2,润滑脂为2.51 N/mm^+2,无脱模剂的则为10.65 N/mm^+2。与无脱模剂和用润滑脂脱模剂相比,石蜡的脱模力分别降低了98.0%和91.6%,表面质量也得到改善。通过控制石蜡厚度,成型时材料的收缩也可以得到适当的补偿。
In order to solve the problem of difficult demoulding in net shape forming workpieces with the steel back / carbon fiber reinforced polymer composite lining, a scheme of high strength casting wax as a demoulding agent was proposed. Under the same conditions, the samples of using wax and grease demoulding agent and the sample of without the use of demoulding agent were compared respectively. The influences of the thickness of demoulding agent and the radical shrinkage of lining material on the demoulding force and effect were studied. The results show that the demoulding force per unit area of the wax group is 0.21 N/mm2, that of the grease is 2.51 N/mm2 and that of the group without demoulding agent is 10.65 N/mm2. Compared with no demoulding agent and grease demoulding agent, the demoulding force of the wax reduces by 98% and 91.6% respectively. And the surface quality of the workpieces is improved as well. By controlling the thickness of the wax, the shrinkage of material can be properly compensated.
