采用环氧树脂、固体润滑剂及碳纤维布/聚四氟乙烯(CF/PTFE)混编织物来制备复合材料,测试复合材料在常温下的压缩强度、摩擦系数并对其破坏机理进行分析。结果表明,CF增强扇润滑复合材料的压缩强度可达503.25MPa。CF/PTFE混编增强自润滑复合材料压缩强度大幅下降。质量分数20%PTFE混编增强自润滑复合材料压缩强度为243.89MPa,相比CF增强自润滑复合材料下降51.65%。质量分数20%PTFE混编增强自润滑复合材料摩擦系数较CF增强自润滑复合材料摩擦系数降低了32.35%。
Composites were prepard by using epoxy,solid lubricant and carbon fabric/ polytetrafluoroethylene(CF/PTFE) hybrid fabric. The compressive strength at room tem- perature and friction coefficient of the composites were tested, and its tailure mechanism was analyzed. The results show that the compressive strength of CF reinforced self-lubrica- ting composites is 503.25 MPa. The compressive strength of CF/PTEF hybrid fabric rein- forced self-lubricating composites decreases significantly. The compressive strength of 20% PTFE hybrid fabric reinforced self-lubricating composites is 243.89 MPa which reduces by 51.65% compared with that of the CF reinforced self-lubricating composites. The friction coefficient of 20% PTFE hybrid fabric reinforced self-lubricating composites reduces by 32.35% compared with that of the CF reinforced self-lubricating composites.
