针对汽车模具企业的协同设计管理需求,提出了以设计数据和设计过程为对象的协同设计管理模型。在该模型中,设计数据以订单—项目为基本划分单位,以项目─制件—模具三级逐层分解的产品结构树方式组织;根据设计部门、客户和制造部门的对应协同关系,建立了数据分段编码模型,每一项编码都代表一组可用于描述数据的类型、关联部门数据的规则组合。建立了过程模型,从目标任务、标识、过程节点属性方面对设计过程进行定义;基于划分时间区间法和优先度准则,给出了协同设计任务分派模型。运用统一建模语言完成系统建模,开发了基于航天飞行器集成设计与制造系统的汽车模具协同设计管理系统。系统的可行性在某汽车模具企业的实施中得到了验证。
To satisfy collaborative design requirements in automobile dies companies, a collaborative design management model was proposed based on the design data and design processes. In this model, design data were organized by using order-project as the basic organizing unit, and project-part-die tri-layer product structure tree as the organizing form. A segment coding model was set up according to the relationships among design department , customer and manufacturing department, Each item of code was combined with certain rules to describe data type and data in corresponding department. Process model was constructed to reflect the needs of collaborative development. Design process was defined by attributes such as task object, process mark and process node. Collaborative design task assignment model was set up based on temporal intervals compartmentalization and task precedence. Collaborative design management system was modeled with Unified Modeling Language (UML), and was developed based on a commercial Product Data Management (PDM) system, Aerospace Vehicle Integrated Design & Manufacturing (AVIDM). Validity and feasibility of this system were verified by its implementation in Tianjin Motor Dies Co, , Ltd.
