由于有限元本身的缺陷,使得CAE软件在应用中仍存在不足之处,难以处理计算精度和速度这一矛盾。该文介绍了动态显式有限元冲压并行仿真系统的关键技术,并通过在大型汽车覆盖件冲压工艺分析中的应用,表明了冲压并行仿真系统的重要实际应用价值,对于促进冲压模具技术进步有重要意义。

英文摘要:

Because of the limitation of FEM, CAE softwares still have some defects in application, which make it very difficult for them to settle the problem between computational accuracy and speed. The key technologies of dynamic explicit FEM parallel simulation system for punching process were introduced in this paper. Through the application of the parallel punching simulation system in large auto cover parts forming analysis, the important value in practical application of the system has been proved. This system is very important for the progress of sheet forming technology.
