伴随着工业化和城镇化进程的不断推进,越来越多的农户失去了土地,从而也失去了赖以生存和发展的物质基础。要妥善解决失地农户的生计重建和长远发展问题,必须对失地农户的就业和社会保障等做出相应的制度性安排。基于对九江市294个失地农户的问卷调查,分析了＂土地换保障＂背景下失地农户生计重建的状况,并提出了相应的对策建议。

Along with the process of industrialization and urbanization,more and more farmers lost their land,and also lost the material basis for survival and development.To properly solve the problem of landless households’ livelihood reconstruction and long-term development,corresponding system arrangement about the landless farmers’ employment and social security have to be made.In this paper,the livelihood reconstruction condition under the background of ＂ land for social security＂ is analyzed based on the questionnaire survey of 294 landless farmers from Jiujiang city,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
