针对现实生活中对模型参数进行精确估计和判断的困难，引入灰数对经典GERT网络模型加以改进。在此基础上，根据军事物流供应链的运作过程，构建了基于G-GERT网络的军事物流供应链风险识别模型，并通过一个实例介绍了该模型的具体运用，验证了其可行性和有效性。
英文摘要：
Aiming at the shortcoming of obtaining an accurate assessment and a sound judgment of model parameters in real life, grey number is introduced to modify classic GERT network model. On this basis a supply chains risk identification model based on G-GERT is proposed according to the operational process of military logistic supply chains, where an example follows to demonstrate the application and evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.
