针对回转支承健康状态监测中数据采集模块存在较大数据量的存储和传输问题,以振动信号为对象,研究回转支承信号处理中的压缩感知技术。发现经过小波阈值去噪处理后的振动信号在频域具有较好的稀疏性,从而提出了对回转支承的振动信号进行压缩采样并将采样数据发送至上位机接收端,在接收端利用正交匹配追踪算法重构出信号的方法。仿真试验表明压缩感知技术在回转支承振动信号采集中的可行性,为数采模块低功耗高效率的采集提供了新方法。
To solve the problem of a large amount of data storage and transmission of data acquisition module in slewing bearing health monitoring,the compressed sensing technology of slewing bearing vibration signal processing was studied. It was found that after wavelet threshold de-noising processing,the vibration signals had good sparse in the frequency domain. So a method with using the orthogonal matching pursuit algorithm to reconstruct the signal at the receiving end for receiving sampling data was proposed. The sampling data was obtained by compressing and sampling vibration signal of the rotary bearing. The simulation test showed that compression perception technology was feasible in the area of the rotary bearing vibration signal acquisition. It provided a new way for the module with lower power and higher efficiency.
