通过采用非线性弹簧模拟钢球-沟道接触,在螺栓与构件接触区域施加等效均匀压力模拟螺栓预紧力,对转盘轴承的有限元模型进行了简化,通过理论和经验公式验证了该简化模型的正确性,并利用此模型分析了螺栓预紧力对轴承载荷分布的影响,结果表明:钢球-沟道最大接触载荷与螺栓预紧力成反比;内、外圈螺栓预紧力差异引起上、下排钢球-沟道接触载荷差异增大;非均布螺栓预紧力使钢球-沟道接触载荷波动加剧,使最大接触载荷及其出现的位置发生变化。
The nonlinear spring is used to simulate the steel ball- raceway contact,and an equivalent uniform pressure is applied to the contact area of the bolt and component to simulate the bolt pretension. The finite element model is simplified for slewing bearings,and the correctness of the simplified model is verified through theoretical and empirical formula. The influence of the bolt pretension on the load distribution for bearings is analyzed by the model. The results show that the maximum contact stress of steel ball- raceway is inversely proportional to the bolt pretension; the bolt pretension difference between inner and outer ring causes the increase of the contact stress difference between double rows. The uneven bolt pretension causes the exacerbated fluctuations of contact stress,the maximum contact stress and its position are changed.
