为解决铬(Ⅵ)污水处理问题,以淀粉、丙烯酸和蒙脱土为原料,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用水溶液聚合法制备蒙脱土/淀粉接枝聚丙烯酸(MMT/St-g-PAA)复合材料,研究其对铬(Ⅵ)水溶液的吸附性能,并分析影响其吸附性能的因素.结果表明,制备的MMT/St-g-PAA复合物为插层型的纳米复合材料,且对铬(Ⅵ)具有良好的吸附性能;此外,MMT/St-g-PAA对铬(Ⅵ)的吸附量随吸附时间和吸附剂用量的增加而逐渐增大,随后均基本保持不变;吸附量则随铬(Ⅵ)初始浓度的增加而逐渐增大.
In order to solve the problem of wastewater treatment of chromium,with montmoril- lonite, starch and acrylic acid as the raw materials, N, N-methylenebisacrylamide as the crosslinking agent, montmorillonite/starch-g-polyacrylic acid nanocomposite was prepared by aqueous solution polymerization. The adsorption performance of Cr (Ⅵ) by MMT/St-g-PAA composite was studied. The experimental results demonstrate that MMT/St-g-PAA is an inter- calation type nanocomposite, and has good adsorption properties on Cr (Ⅵ). Adsorption rate both increases with the increasing of adsorption time and adsorbent dosage, and then approa- ches saturation. Adsorption amount increases with the increasing of the initial concentration ofCr(Ⅵ).
